Effects of Af-LEAP2 and Af-LEAP2-cys on the cell membrane integrity in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. P. aeruginosa was mixed with 0, 25, 50, or 100 µg/mL of Af-LEAP2 and Af-LEAP2-cys for 2 h. Microplate readers were used to measure the absorbance at 490 nm. The negative control comprised bovine serum albumin. Data are expressed as means ± SEMs of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05
