CM-exo increased NADH content and decreased NAD+ content and NAD+/NADH ratio in AML12 cells. After treatment of AML12 cells with CM-exo for 24 h, the NADH (A) and NAD+ content (B) in cells were measured and the NAD+/NADH ratio (C) was calculated.
