CM-exo increased the protein expression level of p-AMPK in AML12 cells. After the treatment of AML12 cells with CM-exo for 24 h, the protein expression levels of AMPK and p-AMPK were detected by WB (A), and the p-AMPK/AMPK protein expression ratio (B) was calculated.
