CM-exo decreased the protein expression levels of TET3, HNF4α-P2, PEPCK and G6PC in AML12 cells. After the treatment of AML12 cells with CM-exo for 12 h, the protein expression levels of TET3, HNF4α-P2, PEPCK and G6PC were detected by WB (A) and the relative protein expression levels were calculated (B). β-actin and GAPDH were used as a normalization control.
