Schematic diagram of the working model of the LSDV ORF142 protein negatively regulating IFN-I production. The LSDV ORF142 protein inhibits the phosphorylation of IRF3 by interacting with IRF3 and disrupting the interaction between TBK1 and IRF3, thereby inhibiting the production of IFN-I.
