Phylogenetic analysis of porcine rotavirus A based on partial nucleotide sequences of VP4 gene (759 nt). The tree was constructed using MEGA X software via the TN93 + G + I as the best-fit evolutionary model. The representatives of porcine rotavirus A strains detected in this study were presented in boldface with purple (2016), green (2017), light blue (2019), orange (2020), dark blue (2021), pink (2022), and red (2023) colors filled circles. Bootstrap values above 80 percent are shown at separate nodes
